Originally a concentration of taverns and rest stops along the Great Wilderness Road (now U.S. Route 11); the Town of Christiansburg was established in 1792 and incorporated in 1833. Since then, Christiansburg has grown to 14 square miles of the New River Valley in the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Jim and Gail P of Christiansburg offered the following testimonial, “We love our new bathroom, modern kitchen, and stairs to the basement (they are too nice to only go to the basement). They also saved us money by finding a less expensive seat for our new walk-in shower. Very accommodating when we changed our minds or added new ideas.”
